Wellness Wisdom to Live a Healthier and Happier Life - Online Workshop
Living a healthy, happy, disease-free, long life is so much easier and simpler than we think it to be. In fact, there are a few areas in the world that host populations of people living well into their 100s free of disease and disability and full of joy and purpose instead! What is so special about these areas that allows them to live so long? Why do these areas not suffer from the same diseases that plague us in the West? How do these people not only live so long but do so with an incredibly joyful pep in their step? Between our yoga classes and green juice, what could we possibly be missing??
In this interactive workshop, we will dive deep into holistic wellness by gleaming wisdom from many of the world's centenarians (people who live to 100 and beyond). Participants will learn WHAT all of these people and places have in common and WHY these characteristics are easily implementable. Throughout the workshop, every participant will get the chance to think through ways in which they can implement some of these healthy habits so that each woman in attendance leaves the workshop with realistic, sustainable changes that could completely transform their lives! Facilitator Bio: Devon Smith is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Registered Yoga Teacher with a strong focus in integrative nutrition, stress management, and positive psychology. Combining ancient healing wisdom with cutting-edge research, Devon works one-on-one with clients to help them accomplish their health and wellness goals, educate them on helpful wellness topics, and guide them towards becoming their happiest, healthiest, and most vibrant selves. Devon provides her services in corporate settings around the Bay Area, health coaching, teaching yoga, guiding meditations, and teaching workshops. Having been on a long and difficult health journey herself, there is nothing that brings Devon more joy than sharing this passion with others and helping them transform their lives so that they can live the life they've always dreamt of.
