As a lifelong learner, my passion for self-improvement and growth has been a constant driving force. I immerse myself in podcasts, TED talks, and articles, drawing inspiration from effective leaders who bring out the potential in others. My aim is to help individuals live lives of significance and fulfillment. Developing leaders sparks great joy for me.

Spending over a decade at Electronic Arts — where I helped build our educational software division — stoked my passion for entrepreneurship. I relished the opportunity to create, collaborate with a committed team, and learn from visionary leaders.

My journey took a pivotal turn when I became the mother of three children, finding the challenges of full-time work and motherhood unsustainable. In a time when "all-in" or "all-out" were the predominant choices, I opted for the latter but kept my skills and network current through volunteer work and board participation. When the chance came to reenter the workforce after 16 years, I eagerly embraced it. Much like Robert De Niro in "The Intern" where he enthusiastically approached his newfound work life in his 70’s, I felt energized to tackle business challenges and reengage with a dedicated team.

My own experience with career reentry inspired the founding of ReBoot Accel in 2014, focused on helping women get current, connected, and confident to reboot their careers. Coaching women on finding fulfillment and addressing workplace marginalization led to the development of “Empower,” a leadership program aimed at building skills, confidence, and a supportive network for current and aspiring leaders.

Through this journey, I've realized that confidence is a universal struggle. Recognizing the solitude in leadership roles, I've found my niche—empowering leaders to navigate challenges with confidence, empathy, and impact while pursuing fulfilling lives.

I've had the privilege of leading programs for broad audiences, from Fortune 100 leaders to Stanford GSB students. My 3 Udemy courses on growth mindset, communicating with confidence, and AI for Work have reached over 90,000 students globally. The most fulfilling part of my work is hearing about breakthroughs and advancements made by those I've been able to guide.
