This special 3-week virtual career accelerator is the perfect gift for your current college student or recent college graduate looking for their first or second job. This program is designed to empower and equip young career seekers with the tools to navigate this tricky job market and put their best foot forward. Join forces with two exceptional career coaches, Tina Mondragon and Megan Strickland, who have a stellar track record of guiding young adults towards their dream jobs. Tina and Megan have done workshops for the Princeton football team and many other college-aged kids. Over the course of these 3 weeks, your young adult will receive expert instruction and personalized guidance, to propel your kid towards success.
Week 1 includes understanding your strengths and skills to create a rock solid elevator pitch.
Week 2 will be dedicated to crafting a killer resume to capture the attention of hiring managers and recruiters at top companies.
Week 3 includes creating a stand-out LinkedIn profile.
Each session will be 1 hour with time during the week for specialized 1 on 1 coaching. Each session will also be recorded and then sent out to the participants following the session.
Sessions will take place on Tuesdays at 4pm PST.
