Meet the Leadership Coaches
Diane Flynn
Diane Flynn is Cofounder and CEO of ReBoot Accel, designing work cultures that support and promote women. She consults with Fortune 500 companies on gender diversity and co-authored The Upside, presenting the business case for diverse workforces and best practices for tapping the potential of women. She facilitates workshops on professional presence and impact, and coaches leaders on maximizing results and finding personal fulfillment. Diane previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of GSVlabs, a marketing executive at Electronic Arts, and an associate consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. She has spoken on Diversity, Ageism, and the Future of Work at venues including SXSW, Stanford GSB, and the Modern Elder Academy. She earned a BA in Economics from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard.
Dr. Alexandria White
Dr. Alexandria White has 15 years of experience delivering training around diversity, leadership, and motivational speaking. Dr. White consults with organizations on ways to create more diverse and inclusive workplaces. She founded S.A.M.S.(Student Affairs MomS), the largest online community for mothers who work in the student affairs profession. Dr. White's professional career has involved retail banking, leadership, community activism, diversity planning and higher education. She holds a BA from Indiana University, MA from Ball State University and a EdD from University of Mississippi. Dr. White teaches Conscious and Servant Leadership classes at Ole Miss and leads our Inclusive Leadership Sessions for the Portfolio Companies.
Patty White
As Co-Founder of ReBoot Accel, Co-Author of The Upside, speaker and executive coach, Patty White consults with companies to develop cultures where employees are fully engaged. This work includes leadership training, professional development workshops and coaching. She speaks about diversity, the importance of having a growth mindset and the power of design thinking at leading business schools and the Modern Elder Academy. Prior to launching ReBoot Accel, she co-founded the LuMind Foundation, and held sales, finance, marketing, and strategic planning roles at IBM and HP. She holds a BA in Economics from Georgetown and an MBA from Harvard.
