We’re looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to be a strategic driver on building and leading the marketing programs within our vertical markets & channels, from Production partners and global manufacturers, to enterprise sales, Life Sciences and Dental. This role will play a cross functional role with business development, sales, legal, finance, and engineering and will help with the


  • Build and maintain marketing communications within company’s targeted verticals and channels, as well as markets such as enterprise sales, Contract manufacturers, Life sciences and Dental.

    1. Develop and oversee execution of comprehensive, dedicated marketing communications programs in order to maximize impact to new and existing relationships, including but not limited to co-marketing, content development, experiential marketing, and social media.

    2. Manage company's digital presence: social media, and web.

    3. Work with VP of Business Development, Head of Production Partnerships, Head of Customer Service, and Head of Customer Education and Company Production Network team to build and manage effective marketing programs, set and maintain expectations, progress, and results.

    4. Develop and execute field marketing for production partners, enterprise sales and key vertical segments; developing effective programs and approaches to reach, influence and convert prospective buyers.

    5. Strategize, oversee and execute on company's website content and messaging.

    6. Work closely with Product Marketing & Brand Marketing to ensure that content and assets are aligned with go-to-market messaging and positioning.

    7. Assist product management in the definition of product strategy and roadmap as it relates to production partners and contract manufacturers.

    8. Create reporting strategy in order to track and achieve departmental KPIs and operational procedures.

    9. Coordinate production of sales tools such as spec sheets, assets, white papers, case studies, on-boarding kits, and periodic communications as it relates to production partners and contract manufacturers.


  • Proven track record with more than 5 years of marketing experience, with significant focus on written communication in a technology environment.

    1. Ability to plan, develop, and oversee implementation programs and projects.

    2. Experience developing and executing integrated partnership marketing strategies and frameworks.

    3. Experience designing marketing content & assets, as well as demonstrated technical marketing aptitude.

    4. Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural organization.

    5. Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

    6. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

    7. Team contributor who cultivates collaborative work environment.

    8. Fast learner.
