The Oracle Corporate Citizenship team seeks a Communications Manager to help develop and coordinate a wide variety of communications to promote the company’s corporate citizenship activities globally.

You will:

  • Support communications and storytelling across all programs, including Oracle Volunteering, Oracle Giving, Oracle Corporate Citizenship Communities, and Oracle Education Foundation.

  • Develop compelling and coherent storylines highlighting Oracle’s status as a leader in corporate citizenship.

  • Gather data and curate content for the annual Oracle Corporate Citizenship Reports (global and India versions), which illustrate Oracle’s activities in the areas of education, giving, volunteering, and sustainability.

  • Design graphics for in internal and external communications, including newsletters, posters, and social media.

  • Draft and edit social media content, including the Oracle Corporate Citizenship blog.

  • Produce very high-quality presentations for internal and external corporate citizenship communications; and represent Oracle Corporate Citizenship in internal and external settings as needed.

  • Manage and update content for the internal Corporate Citizenship site, which serves as a primary resource for employees to learn about the company’s corporate citizenship policies and guidelines.

  • Liaise with key Oracle lines of business (PR, Marketing, Brand, UX Design, etc.) to support additional company-wide communications around corporate citizenship.

  • Write and submit award applications as appropriate.


  • Bachelor’s degree minimum.

  • Degree or certification in CSR, Communications, or related disciplines preferred.

  • Exceptional critical thinking, research, assessment, and presentation skills.

  • Exceptional editorial and writing skills, including the ability to trigger emotion and call readers to action.

  • Demonstrated ability to produce writing that meets or exceeds the quality of the current Oracle Corporate Citizenship Report (

  • Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver).

  • Proven ability to inspire and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

  • Superb detail orientation as well as vision.

  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
