We’re looking for a talented sales operations practitioner to join our ranks and lead the strategy and delivery of our Sales Operations Science program. As an experienced and passionate sales operations pro, you will deliver the best possible experience and learning outcomes for the students and universities we serve.
SOPS Curriculum Development
Review industry trends and best practices from the salestech landscape to define curriculum and recommend improvements and modifications on an ongoing basis
Recruit best in class experts to contribute their experiences to the course and nurture existing relationships to develop a vibrant supportive community
Partner with our Director of Instructional Design to align the curriculum to best practices and continually optimize to enable the best possible learning outcomes
Create a work plan around each program to ensure students, partners and TAs are aligned to the learning objectives, project plans, and deliverables to avoid surprises.
Provide input on key “deliverables” to drive active learning in the experience and ensure curriculum aligns with Apprentorship™ project plan
Manage the overall class execution including instruction, project plan development and course schedule recommendations.
Collaborate with vendor partners (Salesforce, etc.) to ensure certification criteria are clearly defined and achievable
Co-develop and manage micro-programs (specialization courses) to take advantage of key revenue opportunities to drive growth within the SOPS business line
Practitioners / Expert Community
Collaborate with experts on content, help design the key deliverables for any needed flipped classroom assets
If applicable, work with the experts in preparation for online teaching and flow of class (assignments, lectures, activities, breakout groups, etc.)
Reinforce lessons presented by practitioners where needed
Assist with class operations to ensure the class runs smoothly – on schedule/on time
Lead all classes and provide continuity to the course curriculum
Help to facilitate assignments and small group discussions, working with program facilitators
Monitor student progress and ensure they complete tasks and assignments, and intervene with students when necessary
Manage and finalize student's grades
