The Role

Executive Assistants do more than just support our leaders; we are the living, breathing backbone of many busy people at Palantir. We build strong relationships with those we support, and can anticipate their needs without being asked. As an Executive Assistant for the Office of the CEO, you will be responsible for handling a variety of professional and personal assistance responsibilities, such as managing expenses, travel, and calendaring. You are very organized and thrive off of enabling the people you support to be as productive and impactful as possible. You maintain incredible accuracy and agility when completing any given task and are committed to seeing every project through to its completion. Communication is one of your greatest strengths and you excel at constructing order out of chaos.

In this role, you will:

    • Provide executive-level administrative support, including working with highly confidential information.

    • Book travel arrangements (domestic and international), including personal travel.

    • Handle complex calendars on an ongoing basis and prioritize commitments to maximize time and productivity.

    • Compose and prepare correspondence; sort and organize incoming emails in real-time.

    • Proactively build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    • At least five years of support or personal assisting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

    • Experience with scheduling complex international and domestic travel itineraries.

    • Familiarity with travel booking and expense reporting via Concur.
