We set out to create a better solution and we did not stop innovating until we got there. We are a complete re-imagining of the breast pump - it is the first all-in-one breast pump that fits in a bra.  is mobile, discreet and gives moms their hands back. This product cuts the cords and banishes dangling baby bottles so busy multi-tasking moms can pump wherever the day takes them. It  is a smart, connected device that tracks moms’ milk volume in real time and delivers all of her past pumping sessions to the palm of her hand. It is a whole new pumping experience and it is going to change the game for women everywhere.

To be successful meeting her breastfeeding goals, Mom needs us to be a step ahead in anticipating her needs when considering and using our product.  Our Email and Retention Marketing Manager will play a key role in this journey. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage email marketing program, to achieve sales and engagement objectives for email channel. 

  • Plan and execute trigger-based and batch emails.

  • Create and optimize segmentation and personalization strategies 

  • Manage the email creative development process including gathering all inputs, brief writing, feedback gathering and execution.

  • Oversee health of email database and put together relevant segments for targeting.

  • Analyze email marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.

  • A/B Test various email approaches to constantly improve email program effectiveness.

  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Care team members to ensure seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.

  • Identify ways to increase email list size with qualified leads.

  • Develop and execute a retention strategy to ensure target customer (mom) meets her goals.  Strategy should consider other marketing channels in addition to email (e.g. text; video content; etc…)

  • Develop and execute Refer A Friend program

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 3 to 5 years of planning and executing email marketing campaigns.

  • 3+ years driving revenue for eCommerce or multi-channel leveraging email or other digital programs

  • Experience with email automation tools and email reporting templates.

  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, customer databases, A/B Testing

  • Strong results orientation.  Proven track record of delivering consistently on performance targets.

  • Highly analytical. Able to translate complex data into actionable plans and interpret test results accurately.

  • Proven experience with strategic thinking, data interpretation, and problem solving skills

  • Familiar with mobile-first approach to email.

  • Solid project management skills and detail-orientation.

  • Experience working on a premium consumer brand and considered purchase

  • Familiar with industry/challenges with breast-pumping a plus

  • Experience managing email channel at scale 

  • Highly collaborative 

  • Proven ability to build from the ground up and motivated by having a meaningful impact.
