The Role: Director of Strategic Partnerships

Location: San Francisco, CA

Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage outreach teams located in Philadelphia, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco

  • Develop and source new business opportunities across the country, focusing on foundation and nonprofit networks

  • With company leadership, drive the strategic sales plan across territories and client types

  • Track and implement internal business objectives leveraging Salesforce

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years in a partnerships role in a sales or business environment, preferably within the K12, foundation services, SaaS enterprise, Business Intelligence or consulting sector

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills (People like you, listen to you, and trust you!)

  • You’ve got a bunch of energy, are comfortable on the phone, can self-manage your day, think on your feet, problem solve

  • Deep understanding of strategic planning, and execution as it pertains to territory assignments

  • Strong team player and proven experience working across functional departments.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Great communicator, self-aware, transparent, collaborative, and open to feedback
