Here are Some Ways You’ll Make an Impact!

Learning & Development 

  • Plan, manage and conduct relevant employee and manager trainings (e.g. - Anti-harassment, Presentation Skills, Project Managment and Prioritization, Book clubs, etc)

  • Support managers with building career paths and development conversations

  • Support People Ops L&D programs (CH Academy)

Performance Management 

  • Manage mid-year review cycle

  • Pilot OKR goal-setting with People Team

Coach and support managers with providing frequent feedback using Radical Candor (Care personally, Challenge directly), goal-setting and tracking progress

Talent Management

  • Engage high potential / performing employees (e.g. CEO Lunches)

Partner with managers on talent & succession planning

Total Rewards 

  • Manage compensation (job matching, leveling, comp ranges, etc.)

  • Support HR Manager in benefits programs and activities

  • HRIS support - ADP, Sapling

Engage & Retain 

  • Conduct engagement survey dept/team followups

Support company-level engagement initiatives

People Partner 

  • Manage and develop a cadence and strategy to scale People Partner infrastructure

  • Coach/support HR Manager and allow shadowing opportunities for People Partnerships

  • Current departments w/People Partner relationship: Engineering, Marketing, Design

  • Departments that need PP relationship: Product, G&A, Business Operations, TechOps
