Director of Marketing

Location: Redwood City and San Jose

As the Director of Marketing for GrowFit, you will be responsible for increasing new customer acquisition rate and current customer retention rate in our two locations by creating and executing full marketing campaigns to potential customers and current customers. This role reports directly to the CEO.

Objectives

  • Grow acquisition rate to 25% by end of year one

  • Increase retention rate to 80% by end of year one

  • Deeply understand our customers and potential customers (campers and parents)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience (type and copy creation)

  • Product Campaign Creation – develop full marketing campaigns including digital and print

  • Data analysis: detailed understanding of marketing metrics

  • Digital platforms fluency: Google remarketing, Facebook ads manager etc.

  • Located in the Bay Area

Compensation

Base salary ($80,000-$100,000) + Child care (may have children join camp when in session)
