It is a smart, connected device that tracks moms’ milk volume in real time and delivers all of her past pumping sessions to the palm of her hand. It is a whole new pumping experience and it is going to change the game for women everywhere.

The Digital Marketing manager will be a key contributor to the marketing team, helping reach and educate Mom about the benefits of this Pump and encouraging her to purchase the pump that is going to help her meet her breastfeeding goals.
Develop, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across key digital channels (Facebook SEM, Display, etc…) to reach our target audience (new Mom) and convert her into a customer.
Set-up best-practices for tracking KPIs to derive key learnings and make informed decisions based on data.
Make recommendations for creative optimization based on channel results
Constantly review campaign results and make adjustments to optimize the channels. Implement and evaluate tests to refine campaign strategy.
Manage budgets by channel and identify ideal channel mix based on individual channel performance.
Make recommendations on landing page/conversion flow to provide best experience for customers driven to the site by digital marketing campaigns.
Communicate results and key learnings to key partners in the internal team.
Bachelor’s Degree required
3 to 5 years of planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Facebook and SEM.
Strong results orientation. Proven track record of delivering consistently on performance targets while staying within budget.
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and optimization tools for Facebook and Google. Understanding how to scale campaigns and decrease CPA based on optimization.
Experience with reporting templates and KPI and ability to draw conclusions from the data.
Highly analytical. Able to translate complex data into actionable plans and interpret results accurately.
Proven experience with strategic thinking, data interpretation, and problem solving skills
Solid project management skills and detail-orientation.
Experience working on a premium consumer brand and considered purchase
Familiar with industry/challenges with breast-pumping a plus
Experience managing email channel at scale
Proven ability to build from the ground up and motivated by having a meaningful impact.
