Palantir Technologies seeks a motivated Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal Team, known internally as Legal Ninjas. In this role, you'll apply your transactional expertise with an established private company, eagerly helping manage the end-to-end administration of Palantir’s global equity incentive plans, and happily immersing yourself in Excel and Shareworks. Maintain corporate records and support various transactional matters, including interfacing with the Board of Directors
Collaborate with C-Level Executives, Finance, People Operations, Legal Ninjas, and other teams to anticipate, implement and/or address corporate governance and equity compensation matters
Equity administration, including managing a complex capitalization table, transaction processing and data entry, reconciliations/audits for quality control, investor analysis, and related tax reporting
Spearhead process improvement of day-to-day operations and workflows related to general corporate governance and equity administration
Respond to inquiries from current, former, and potential employees about equity compensation
What We Value
2+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal at a corporation or law firm
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Working experience with Shareworks or similar equity administration software
An Excel whiz (e.g. an advanced knowledge of complex formulas and pivot tables)
Knowledge of private company equity-related administration and legal concepts
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and experience improving and streamlining processes
Demonstrated ability to multitask, problem-solve, and complete complex projects under pressure
Impeccable judgment, discretion, and integrity
Flexible schedule - we still operate in start-up mode, and fire drills don't always stop at 5pm
