The Role: Part-Time Client experience associate

Location: Campbell, CA


Our fast-growing Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm, is looking for a Client Experience Associate. This role involves client service interactions, helping create and organize client meeting materials, appointment scheduling and follow ups, administrative tasks (such as online filing management, creating and submitting account forms, etc.), CRM database updates, and creating basic analytical reports.


A suitable candidate would:

- Have keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task 

- Have strong work ethic and integrity to work unsupervised

- Demonstrate positive can-do attitude 

- Have good verbal and written communication skills

- Have decent hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Google sheets, Microsoft Word, and other common office applications (required)

- Maintain professional office attire

- Preferably have customer service and/or administrative experience. Prior financial services industry experience is preferred

- Be willing to have a background and credit check done (required in our industry)

- Have a minimum of Associate degree (4-year college degree preferred)

Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)
