Business Manager

Position Title: Business Manager

Gatepath is looking for a part time experienced Business Manager to support our Children's Therapy Team!!

The CTS Business Manager is responsible for operations regarding initial contact, intake inquiries, coordinating services, billing, customer data tracking, and on-going communication with Children’s Therapy Services customers.

Duties Include:

  • Tracking reports and analyzing program metrics to advise leadership team for improved financial outcomes.

  • Respond to inquiries and triage to appropriate agencies and staff; including GGRC, Practice Manager, Therapists and support staff Administer Children’s Therapy Services billing in collaboration with Accounting (ex. POS, private/district pay contract(s), insurance, etc.)

  • Oversee client wait list and provide administrative support to ensure children receive therapy services in a timely manner as per contract agreements

Seeking Candidate with:

  • Understanding of Children Therapy Services ( OT, SLP, PT, EI , GGRC)

  • Ability to effectively manage staff, administrative functions, and projects

  • Ability to manage monthly reporting and summarize outcomes

  • Ability to work effectively on teams, including cross-departmental teams

  • Advance knowledge of computer systems including Outlook, Word, Excel Education and work experience: Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and ability is qualifying, unless otherwise specified.

  • A./B.S. degree in applicable field Minimum of five (5) years of applicable work experience

  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
