Lisen Stromberg, author of Work, Pause, Thrive: How to Pause for Parenthood Without Killing Your Career

Lisen Stromberg, an award winning journalist, culture innovation consultant, and author of Work, Pause, Thrive: How to Pause for Parenthood Without Killing Your Career will speak about how highly qualified women have navigated the work/life conundrum. By interviewing 186 women and surveying nearly 1,500 more, she learned that rather than “opting out” trailblazing women innovated their own non-linear careers by working, pausing, and ultimately thriving both personally and professionally.
